This pull up bar conveniently has 2 different handle positions: wide grip and narrow grip, allowing the user to choose their preferred pull up position. The pull up bar is supplied with the mounting bolts and can be mounted indoors or outdoors. This pull up bar is powder coated with rubber grip handles on the side and front. Perfect for any gym or training environment.
