South Africa’s seventh Women-Only Martial Arts Seminar will be hosted once again on 15 Aug 2025 (Date to be confirmed.) The new format was a great success and this once again promises to be another great event. This all-discipline martial arts seminar will show case all types of martial arts under expert tuition by our top female instructors and is open to all female martial arts practitioners 16 yrs and older*. Non-Martial artists are also welcome to attend. Our goal is to enrich our ladies by sharing knowledge between styles and disciplines and to encourage "newbies" to join. We can all learn from each other and we can all offer something unique.
We are constantly evolving, adding and changing to our line up. We are excited to announce that we are introducing no less than 3 additional instructors so we can better address our participants to their relevant levels of experience. Sadly our Krav Maga Instructor, Sharle Vermaak, is emigrating and will not be available for this event. But watch this space to find out which amazing instructor will be taking her place. We are also scouting a replacement for our BJJ instructor, Shana Power, who got married and has started a family, which is currently her priority.
* Girls 11yrs and older who already do a martial art may also apply to participate.

The venue will be at the Bracken Park Community Hall, 229 Hennie Alberts Street, Albertsdal (Brackenhurst). We have to have to limit our numbers so we are only taking 100 ladies - so book early to avoid disappointment. We already have several bookings so book early to secure your spot!
Cost: R550. This includes all instruction (8:30am - 4:30pm), tea and lunch and t-shirt*.
First 80 ladies will receive a Goodie Bag
* Ladies registering and paying by the 28 July will receive a t-shirt. Bookings after that will be accepted but they will not receive a t-shirt due to time constraints regarding ordering of the shirts.
